Cedar Rock Yoga Studio offers a friendly atmosphere in a spacious studio in the woods. The studio is fully equipped with props used in the Iyengar hatha yoga method. Instructions are clear and precise. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to listen and respect their bodies' feedback and limitations. We offer several Beginners and Level II classes. Our mission at Cedar Rock Yoga Studio is to offer the Conway area an opportunity to study the art of yoga in a serene supportive environment. Each class offers a personal means of self-exploration to help us reduce physical discomforts, mental stress and lead more fulfilling lives.
